I have learnt

we should love life as it is.. without expecting much from it.. only when we don't expect much from it can we have lots of surprises..

we should always cherish our loved ones and be grateful for the slightest sacrifices that they made for us.. so that even if tomolo is the end of the world, we wouldn't have any regrets...

that life is like a roller coaster..although roller coaster scares the wits out of us, ppl still enjoy it at the end of the ride.. it is the ups and downs that made life interesting, meaningful, colourful..

today is officially my last day of work.. wanted to sum up my tots.. this is my happiest job so far.. cos the 3 sisters (bosses) are real nice.. they really can pei us chat and gossip.. I also made a few friends thru this job like jasmin and li ru.. haaz.. in the past, work means work.. ppl aren't too keen to gossip with me on my last job.. I think we aren't interested in the same topics too..ya, so everything is very serious.. they may not care much abt u, just purely work.. here, it is different.. although I didn't forget to work (I am still there to work..) but it made me realise that work can be quite fun too.. haaz..
calculate a total.. I only earned 600 plus during this hols.. and to think I had already spent it all.. haaz.. cos the uniform job is get money on the spot de.. so I have a tendency to spend the money before I can save it..lol..

I really envy the story and scriptwriters.. at least they have the ability to create the characters in the stories and dramas we watched.. it is not wrong to say that they are human too.. but they are able to pen their regrets down and weave it into beautiful and tragic fairytales.. how I wish I can do that too..

I chanced upon my Big 5 personality profile when I cleaned my room today.. hmm.. flipped thru it and glanced through a few pages.. I realised my listening ability is very low.. haaz.. which I find it funny..
friends, tell me, is my listening ability really that bad?? I said it is funny not because it is untrue.. in fact, it is the opposite!! I feel that this is true to a large extent.. I dunno.. but I realise that often.. when I am supposed to lend ppl a listening ear, I ended up blabbering away.. I didn't mean it of cos.. but sort of can't help it.. but I am trying to change now.. cos I heard frm somewhere.. a gd friend is also a gd listener.. so now, I still blabber away.. but there are also times when I try to control myself by keeping my opinions to myself and let the other party talk.. it is beneficial to both parties actually.. I get to save saliva.. whereas he/she gets to voice out his frustrations and troubles.. : )
